About Me

WHO I AM?

I am a dedicated sociologist and social safeguard expert with over eight (08) years of experience in assessing the socioeconomic impact of investment projects at national and international levels. My expertise lies in conducting comprehensive socioeconomic impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and facilitating public meetings and focus group discussions. I have a strong background in implementing resettlement action plans, developing and delivering training programs, and promoting gender and social inclusion in project designs. With a proven ability to create culturally sensitive plans for Indigenous communities, I am committed to driving sustainable development and positive social change.

My core competencies include Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), stakeholder engagement, public consultation, livelihood restoration, gender and social inclusion, monitoring and evaluation, and planning for Indigenous communities. I am skilled in developing and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data tools and have hands-on experience conducting consultative public participation processes and focused group discussions. With strong written and verbal communication skills, I am proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), KoboToolbox, Survey Monkey, and Google Forms. Additionally, I excel in training and supervising data collectors, preparing proposals, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. My results-driven approach ensures the successful delivery of socially inclusive and impactful solutions.
